Asset Management

The Asset Management system in TonaPik provides the admin with complete control and oversight of all digital assets submitted by approved authors. This module ensures that every uploaded asset is carefully reviewed and maintained according to the platform’s standards.

• Submitted Assets Monitoring :
  Admin can view and manage all submitted assets across four key segments: All, Pending, Approved, and Rejected.
  Each asset entry displays associated author information, including total likes, views, and downloads of that asset.
  Admin can change asset status (approve, reject, or keep pending) to maintain platform quality.
  Admin can feature approved assets to highlight them on the platform for greater exposure.
  Assets can be filtered and searched for efficient moderation and tracking.
• Asset Details Page :
  Every asset has a linked detail view accessible to the admin.
  On the details page, the admin can view complete submission information such as title, preview, attached files, keywords, resolution, file type, and selected colors.
  Admin actions (approval, rejection, status update) can be directly performed from this detail page.

This structured asset moderation system allows the admin to ensure quality control, enforce content policies, and maintain a seamless experience for users browsing or purchasing assets.
