Review Manager

The Review Management module in provides administrators with the tools to monitor and manage user-submitted reviews and ratings for companies. This system is designed to ensure the platform maintains high standards of authenticity and trust by giving admins full control over reviews and reported content.

• Comprehensive Review Overview
  Admins can view all reviews submitted by users for various companies.
  A numerical value representing the user’s satisfaction.
  User-submitted feedback or comments about the company.
  The date and time the review was posted.
• Review Deletion
  Admins have the authority to delete any review that violates platform guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
  Ensures that only relevant and constructive reviews remain on the platform.
• Reported Review Management
  Admins can access a dedicated section for reviews reported by company owners.
  The original review submitted by the user.
  A note or explanation provided by the company owner for why the review was flagged.
  When the report was submitted.
  Delete the review and take further action if necessary.
  Allow the review to remain on the platform if the report is unfounded.
